Topic: Trading in the chaotic world for the peaceful way of Jesus. In the midst of a fast pace, frantic world we live in, Jesus invites us into a relationship with Him. Many of us feel hurried, and hurry is costing them more than they realize. Alan and Gem will lead us Friday night, and Saturday to how to learn to live this life from fullness of God's love rather than running on empty.
Sunday, June 10 from 3-5pm
At New Life
Anyone is invited but it’s really focused on people in ministry (group leader & members, ministry leader & team, class facilitator, table leader, student ministry adult team, children's ministry team, elders, and staff)
Topic: In our roles and relationships of influence, we want to be as faithful to and fruitful for God as we can be. God invites us to lead from a place of fullness in our friendship with him, but hurry can make that hard. When we walk with God in the places of influence God has kindly entrusted to us, we learn to serve from abundance and not out of scarcity. Come and enjoy time to reflect together on God’s invitation to lead and serve at the pace of grace.
I would strongly recommend it. The conversation on helping us spiritual care, pray and lead people is an area I know I need to continually grow in. I would also strongly encourage you to invite others to be part of this. It will be worth their time.
